Katie Miller and Melissa Tumen have received Sloan Scholarships in the Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences. These scholarships are awarded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering. The scholarship is a total of $21,650.00 and can be used for tuition, stipend, books, preofessional travel and/or summer support.
