Other Years 1. Be sure you have fulfill your teaching requirement if you have not done so already. 2. Follow rules for having an annual committee meeting (or appropriate substitute). 3. Submit an updated CV at least annually. 4. Do not forget to register on time each semester. 5. Familiarize yourself with the rules and deadlines for graduation well in advance of your projected graduation semester. 6. Finish any requirements on your program of study. 7. If your program of study or committee change, be sure to file the appropriate form(s).
